Commercial Sales Support Officer

The Commercial Sales Support Officer will be responsible for assisting the Sales and Commercial Manager and the sales team in various administrative tasks to streamline the sales processes, ensuring efficiency in operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take on tasks from the sales managers to alleviate their workload, including but not limited to creating quotations, preparing spares, and attending to simple offers.
  • Prepare offers and quotations for clients based on their requirements.
  • Gather and organize information for reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain a system to track contracts and offers, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible.
  • Assist in processing sales and billing information, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Monitor the implementation of contracts and sales orders until the billing phase, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop skills to transition into an Account Manager role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Previous experience in sales support or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English.

Billing Officer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Job Responsibilities:

• Collecting information from various departments (such as sales/support) for the monthly billing cycle. • Registering new business contract details in the billing system.

• Updating the system with any changes made to current business, e.g., deactivations.

• Communicating and following up with clients any requirements they have.

• Calculating the early termination fees (ETF) and providing the client with the final amounts.

• Issuance of invoices / credit notes in relation to ETF’s.

• Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues that.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Previous experience 1-3 years in a billing department.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel. • Fluency in both Greek and English languages.

Sales & Business Development Manager/Engineer

Location: Philippines or Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to deeply understand their technical needs and strategic business goals, particularly in the maritime sector, while also expanding opportunities within the enterprise and governmental sectors.
• Leverage comprehensive sales experience and understanding of available solutions to offer tailored proposals in connectivity solutions including 4G, 5G, LTE, near shore communications, SDWAN, LAN, WAN, and cyber security.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to craft proposals and quotes that address client requirements, leveraging existing networks and sales experience within the maritime industry.
• Provide expert troubleshooting assistance on orders, account statuses, and any technical issues that arise, ensuring seamless integration of solutions.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer requests, recognizing the urgency and importance of maritime communications.
• Willingly travel within the region when needed to meet with clients, attend conferences, and present solutions effectively.
• Utilize sales tracking tools to monitor progress and report key insights to management.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, including new product launches and technology advancements, and effectively communicate these to clients.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to the sales process for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record in technical sales or business development, preferably within the maritime industry, with a focus on Asia, specifically Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems to manage sales processes and customer relationships effectively.
• Deep understanding of sales principles, coupled with exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong grasp of engineering concepts and emerging technology trends in satellite telecommunications and IT services, including managed IT services and cyber security.
• Comprehensive sales experience and understanding of available solutions in connectivity solutions including 4G, 5G, LTE, near shore communications, SDWAN, LAN, WAN, and cyber security.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with experience in giving presentations to clients.
• Self-motivated with a drive for results, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in English.
