Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers experiencing service-related issues.
  • Handle incoming support queries via phone and email regarding messaging, communications software, and hardware.
  • Address and resolve communication and email connectivity problems for remote users.
  • Offer technical and administrative support to the sales team.
  • Participate in a 24/7/365 shift rotation, with the main work shift scheduled from 13:00 to 21:00 Bulgaria time. Please note that shift times are subject to change based on organizational needs.
  • Utilize the ticketing system effectively for issue tracking and management.
  • Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference and statistical analysis.
  • Travel as needed for the installation of new systems onboard vessels, which may include various locations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in networking.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of networking protocols and services including DHCP, SSL, VPN, VLANs, SSH, TCP/IP, and DNS.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot network issues using logical and analytical methods.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Must be a proactive, well-organized team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.

Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of PHP, MySQL, and various frameworks including Yii, as well as experience with online payment systems, VPN integration, and Internet Access Control services. Possessing an advanced understanding of Linux commands, the candidate will be equipped to handle tasks involving firewall and router development.  

In this role, the Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, navigating complex projects, finding innovative solutions, and significantly contributing to our team’s efforts. The candidate’s ability to combine a deep understanding of front-end and back-end web technologies with a professional and proactive approach will be critical to their success in this role. 

Duties & Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and database applications using PHP, MySQL, and frameworks such as Laravel, Yii, React, Angular, Symfony, or CodeIgniter. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions and functional applications, ensuring the development and implementation of databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. 
  • Integrate and customize online payment portals, ensuring secure and efficient transactions. Manage these internet services as part of routine site maintenance. 
  • Implement VPN functionalities for secure and private communication between systems, including firewall and router development tasks. 
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards. Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues promptly. 
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices and determine best practices in line with client requirements for software. 

Minimum requirements: 

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL. 
  • Familiarity with at least one or more PHP frameworks like Laravel, Yii, React, Angular Symfony, or CodeIgniter. 
  • Knowledge of online payment gateway integration and secure transaction handling. 
  • Familiarity with Internet Access Control services. 
  • Experience in implementing VPN solutions and ensuring data security. 
  • Basic understanding of Linux commands and server administration preferably advanced understanding of Linux systems. 
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Experience in firewall and router development. 
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

World-Link Maritime Communications Limited member of a group of companies who are world-leaders in the maritime satellite communications is looking to recruit a Sales Engineer for their expanding team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
  • Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage the sales tracking tool and report on important information.
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
  • Support sales representatives and effectively respond to customer queries.
  • Stay up to date with new product and feature launches.
  • Suggest sales process improvements.

Qualifications

  • A University degree in a technology related field is preferred.
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems.

Job description:

We are looking for an experience Delphi/PHP Developer to join our expanding global team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing web applications using Delphi.
  • Creating and managing MySQL databases and queries, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Integrating email technologies such as SMTP, IMAP, POP3, and MIME, enabling the applications to send and receive emails.
