Senior Accounts Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist team members with the daily postings and month end closing adjustments in the accounting system of a group of companies.
  • Review the bookkeeping records of a group of companies for completeness and correctness.
  • Prepare the monthly intercompany and vendor reconciliations.
  • Prepare the monthly inventory movement and update the accounting system.
  • Prepare the monthly leasing movement and update the accounting system.
  • Process invoices in the accounting system.
  • Assist with the monthly / quarterly preparation of the management accounts.
  • Prepare the monthly Cash flow requirements.
  • VAT preparation and submission for a group of companies.
  • Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Compliance reporting for entities in Dubai and USA.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of previous experience in an accounting department.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting softwares and Microsoft Excel.  Fluency in Greek & English.

Billing Officer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Job Responsibilities:

• Collecting information from various departments (such as sales/support) for the monthly billing cycle. • Registering new business contract details in the billing system.

• Updating the system with any changes made to current business, e.g., deactivations.

• Communicating and following up with clients any requirements they have.

• Calculating the early termination fees (ETF) and providing the client with the final amounts.

• Issuance of invoices / credit notes in relation to ETF’s.

• Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues that.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Previous experience 1-3 years in a billing department.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel. • Fluency in both Greek and English languages.

Sales & Business Development Manager/Engineer

Location: Philippines or Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to deeply understand their technical needs and strategic business goals, particularly in the maritime sector, while also expanding opportunities within the enterprise and governmental sectors.
• Leverage comprehensive sales experience and understanding of available solutions to offer tailored proposals in connectivity solutions including 4G, 5G, LTE, near shore communications, SDWAN, LAN, WAN, and cyber security.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to craft proposals and quotes that address client requirements, leveraging existing networks and sales experience within the maritime industry.
• Provide expert troubleshooting assistance on orders, account statuses, and any technical issues that arise, ensuring seamless integration of solutions.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer requests, recognizing the urgency and importance of maritime communications.
• Willingly travel within the region when needed to meet with clients, attend conferences, and present solutions effectively.
• Utilize sales tracking tools to monitor progress and report key insights to management.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, including new product launches and technology advancements, and effectively communicate these to clients.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to the sales process for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record in technical sales or business development, preferably within the maritime industry, with a focus on Asia, specifically Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems to manage sales processes and customer relationships effectively.
• Deep understanding of sales principles, coupled with exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong grasp of engineering concepts and emerging technology trends in satellite telecommunications and IT services, including managed IT services and cyber security.
• Comprehensive sales experience and understanding of available solutions in connectivity solutions including 4G, 5G, LTE, near shore communications, SDWAN, LAN, WAN, and cyber security.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with experience in giving presentations to clients.
• Self-motivated with a drive for results, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers experiencing service-related issues.
  • Handle incoming support queries via phone and email regarding messaging, communications software, and hardware.
  • Address and resolve communication and email connectivity problems for remote users.
  • Offer technical and administrative support to the sales team.
  • Participate in a 24/7/365 shift rotation, with the main work shift scheduled from 13:00 to 21:00 Bulgaria time. Please note that shift times are subject to change based on organizational needs.
  • Utilize the ticketing system effectively for issue tracking and management.
  • Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference and statistical analysis.
  • Travel as needed for the installation of new systems onboard vessels, which may include various locations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in networking.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of networking protocols and services including DHCP, SSL, VPN, VLANs, SSH, TCP/IP, and DNS.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot network issues using logical and analytical methods.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Must be a proactive, well-organized team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
